Sometimes Christians think that by praying we somehow make God aware of our desires, needs and troubles. But God is omniscient…. He already knows everything. Prayer reminds us that we do not face our crises alone….. [Pray] – not to bring your situation to God’s attention, but to bring God’s mighty presence into your situation.
